To use, make sure your skin is dry, and free of oils or lotion. Slowly peel off backing. Apply to skin and press down to smooth. To remove, peel up gently. The latex-free adhesive is medical-grade and waterproof. If adhesive fades after first wear, can be reused with your adhesive of choice!
